Site Agent – Civils / Infrastructure
Up to £65k Basic Salary, Car/Allowance & Generous Package
Tier 1 Contractor

This fantastic opportunity to join a leading Tier multi-disciplinary contractor, is, on this occasion for a Site Agent, working within Water or Civils sector and will be to take projects from contract award through to completion as part of their senior management team.
The ethos and desire to deliver projects to a high standard has already enabled them to grow their portfolio of framework wins with the major utilities providers across the UK and provides a massive pipeline of secured work with more to come, which in an uncertain world can give long term job security.
The big message that comes across from the business is that there are genuine opportunities to progress if you desire – the management group are backed by the directors who are visible and take a interest in the day to day operations and also promote high standards throughout all aspects of the business.
PROJECT SCOPE
Works predominantly within the Water Sector delivering schemes mainly c.£3m-£20m Management of construction programme and weekly reporting to contract manager/project Manager Allocating and management of sub contractors and site staff Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to Liaison with client and other contractors Monitoring of QA and environmental processes Play the key role overseeing, motivating and communicating with Sub Agents, GF’s and those below
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Preferably engineering background Experience of working through from Site Engineer through to Agent SMSTS First Aid
