Acting as the first point of contact and making a good impression. The Role You’ll assist with course enrolments, provide pricing information, and handle complaints with empathy, although these are infrequent. Your responsibilities will also include pre-course planning, ordering course materials, invoicing, and reporting. You should have experience in handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving customer issues, ideally within a CRM system. Some sales experience would be handy but is non-essential.
