We are looking for an experienced Commercial Disputes Lawyer to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, offering strategic advice and representing clients in various complex disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a broad caseload of commercial disputes, including contract breaches, partnership disputes, debt recovery, and shareholder issues.
• Provide expert advice on dispute resolution strategies, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
• Advocate for clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the legal process.

Required Experience:

• 2-6 years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Proven experience in managing and resolving complex commercial disputes.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Knowledge of UK dispute resolution procedures and civil litigation rules.
