Customer Service Administrator – Permanent – Telford L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-known and respected Telford organisation for a new Customer Service Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be working as part of a team focusing on providing a high level of support to their customers via phone and email. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work from home 2 – 3 days a week. Duties will include (but not be limited to): * Input of data to database * Email and phone enquiries * Build customer relationships * Update CRM * Reporting To be considered for this excellent opportunity in Telford, applicants MUST have previous, office-based Administration or Customer Service experience. You’ll be well organised, IT literate and have good communication and customer service skills. As well as the opportunity to WFH a couple of days a week, the role also comes with a generous holiday and pension as well as opportunities to progress for the right person.
