Video Editor (Maternity Cover)

Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We’re looking for a talented editor to join our team as maternity cover. You’ll be playing a key part in an ambitious team, working with a wide variety of high-profile brands across a diverse mix of briefs. The perfect candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be self-driven with an ability to communicate directly with producers, animators and production management to ensure a smooth process. Occasionally edits will be attended so confidence and a broad knowledge of post-production is essential. Day-to-day responsibilities of the role will include editing (longer form and social) colour grading and audio mixing. You will also be happy to collaborate with our animators and audio post to deliver the best content we can. Essential Criteria: At least 5 years Post-Production Experience, preferably in a post house/agency environment. A showreel or examples of work Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, DaVinci and Avid preferred, some After Effects knowledge will also be required. Full UK driving licence Desirable Criteria: Ability to create engaging content and bring stories to life, no matter the supplied content. A strong understanding of post-production processes and excellent communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and find the most effective answer Excellent attention to detail
