Hotel General Manager

Best Western Plus Aston Hall Hotel is a 52 bedroom, full service hotel conveniently located 2 minutes from junction 31 of the M1 South of Sheffield. With extensive conference and banqueting facilities the hotel hosts huge number of weddings, events and a wide portfolio of corporate customers. We are looking to recruit an experienced General Manager to lead our committed and enthusiastic management team in developing the business further. The hotel has an excellent reputation for high quality customer service and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining this whilst also controlling costs and ensuring that every guest experience is above expectations. The successful applicant will lead from the front and will be expected to work in accordance with the needs of the business, which means there will be a significant amount of weekend and evening work involved.
