Field Sales Representative – Surrey, Berkshire & South West London
Our client is an award-winning, global-leading outsourced marketing company with a turnover north of £50 million.
They are looking for a Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for managing an existing base of independent pharmacies (covering Surrey, Berkshire & South West London) ensuring that you're building strong relationships, upselling new products where necessary and increasing distribution of their leading brands, which include; Oral B, Nivea & Gillette.

Responsibilities
- Managing a set of existing independent pharmacy accounts, increasing distribution of brands as well as upselling products, providing merchandising support and completing product training with staff members
- Create & execute an efficient journey plan, maximizing KPI efforts
- Complete all administrative tasks & CRM management as required, recording all field-based activity and client touch points
- Maintain strong communication with both internal and external teams
- Identify areas of potential new business within territory
The Successful Candidate
- 12 months + Field Sales / Territory Management experience
- Previous merchandising experience is ideal
- Food & Beverage candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with independent retailers is a plus
- A link to pharmacy is a plus
- Ideally based in Reading, Basingstoke, Twickenham, Guildford or Bracknell (and surrounding areas)
Field Sales Representative Package
- Basic salary: £31,000
- 10% bonus
