Proactive and engaging Food Technologist required in Cardiff – immediate start. Do you have experience in Catering, Food preparation and maintaining kitchen equipment?  Do you hold a Food Hygiene qualification? Are you strong in behaviour management?  Required immediately, this diverse secondary school based in Cardiff are looking to appoint an dedicated Food Technologist who will contribute to the wider success of the school. The position is full-time and may include additional hours of work which you will be paid for accordingly.  Beneficial experience would include routine maintenance of resources within the Teaching Kitchens; the maintenance and safe hygienic use of food preparation, storage and cooking equipment, including department laundry; the hygienic preparation, handling and storage of food ingredients and pupil products.  setting up the kitchen for cooking lessons, weekly shopping for produce, cleaning and tidying after lessons.
