Team Leader - Westcott Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Team Leader for our client based in Westcott. We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Working Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while actively participating in the execution of tasks. This role requires a combination of leadership skills and a strong work ethic. Hours: 7:45-6 pm (40 hours a week) Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 Duties: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team Ensure the quality and efficiency of work performed Mentor team members performance Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Maintain a safe and productive working environment Maintain stock inventoryRequirements:  Previous supervisory/managing a team Proven experience in a leadership role Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve If you would be interested, in this role, then please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps
