Design Technician

CAD Technician Retford £27,000 - £33,000    My client in Retford, is looking for a CAD technician. They work with some of the biggest sports and tv companies and a position has opened up to join their team.    The successful candidate will work as part of the operations team to bring clients ideas to life by understanding their requirements to produce technical drawings. You will create venue plans and drawings of structures to assist our Rigging Teams when building on site seeing the projects through from concept to post event.    Requirements of CAD Technician: Exceptional organisational skills Basic understanding of CAD with experience essential Good understanding of 2D and 3D design work preferably AutoCAD/Sketchup/Revit or similar Genuine interest in all aspects of design and manufacture Extensive experience using computers including Microsoft package Excellent organisational skills coupled with a high level of attention to detail Ability to work confidently under pressure and to tight deadlines Task driven and self-motivated Effectively communicate at all levels Reliable and hard working with a can-do attitude To represent Trans-Sport.tv in a responsible manner always being polite and courteous therefore upholding our high standard of services and work in line with our core values.
