Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator Hybrid working Salary: Up to £30,000 + uncapped commission, company car, laptop, mobile and fantastic company benefits Location: Northwest, open on location. Full time: 37.5 hours a week Our client, a national staycation operator, is looking for a proactive Sales Negotiator to help grow their portfolio across the North of England with a focus on the Northwest, Yorkshire and Northeast. Role: The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our clients ambitious growth strategy as they look to expand UK wide. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for our clients brand and service offering, as such will be able to identify properties that will enhance their portfolio and This role is home-based, with regular travel in the region to appointments and property viewings. Skills & Experience: - Experienced sales negotiator - Able to generate new business in a target driven environment - Outstanding customer care / customer service experience - Able to network with key players within the property and holiday markets to build relationships, at all levels - Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Full UK driving license Package: In addition to a basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission, company car, phone, laptop.
