To put data at the heart of every creative decision.The Day-to-DayAs the Head of Creative Insights, you’ll be the driving force behind a new frontier in advertising analytics. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll shape company strategy, build a world-class insights team, and influence key decisions across the business. From crafting scalable research methods to publishing thought leadership that makes headlines, your work will resonate at the highest levels of the industry. Whether you’re collaborating with global brands or working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that every insight delivered is both groundbreaking and actionable.The Ideal CandidateYou’re not just a data expert—you’re a passionate advocate for the power of creative data to transform marketing outcomes. With over 12 years of experience in media, advertising, technology, and analytics, you have a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and a proven track record of delivering insights that matter. You’re equally comfortable in front of C-suite executives or diving deep into data with your team. Ideally you will have some experience with SQL, R, Python, and visualisation tools like Tableau or Looker, BUT this is a primarily a leadership role and will have the support of a data team.
