Site Manager

I am looking for a Site Manager who is experienced in managing Retrofit / Sustainability projects to cover Reading

Social Housing upgrades, government funded. Internal and external EWI works.

Scope of works:

New windows and Doors

Air sourced heat pumps

PV Panels

New ventilation

Some EWI works.

Salary around 50k plus 4000 car allowance

They are willing to look at someone from a house building sector who is looking to move into this sector.
