Service Technician - Sudbury Suffolk

Contract Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sudbury Suffolk who are looking for an experienced Agricultural Service Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. We are currently looking for two experienced Service Technician’s to join the established team at our Sudbury branch, based in Suffolk. Your experience/qualities will include: ❖ Proven experience within the agricultural and/or horticultural industry would be advantageous ❖ Ability to diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs which may be chargeable or warrantable ❖ Complete in full the job cards relating to work undertaken including machine detail, time and mileage and any accompanying documentation ❖ Liaise with customers and suppliers as required ❖ Has the ability to work alone using your own initiative and as part of a team ❖ Ability to adhere to health and safety practice and procedures at all times ❖ Maintain a good general level of health and fitness ❖ Self-motivated ❖ Good general appearance ❖ Competent in the use of computers ❖ Excellent customer service skills as this is a customer facing role ❖ Valid driving licence with no more than 3 points Pay Rate Competitive, depending on experience plus company vehicle Shifts/Hours ⏰ 39 hours per week - 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch) Overtime paid at time and a half on completion of 39hrs Monday to Friday Benefits:  32 days annual leave including bank holidays  Company Sick Pay Scheme  Workplace Pension Employee Referral Bonus Scheme, Benefits Hub  Flu Jabs  Car Tyre Discount  Staff Discount in Country Stores  Death in Service Cover (2 x salary)
