Our client is on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to dive into meaningful project work while taking on a true generalist HR position. Not only will you contribute to the wider business, but you’ll also take on, line management responsibilities within the team. You will also: Manage key stakeholder relationships Develop and implement HR policies Oversee employee relations including performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures Drive equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives Lead on succession and workforce planning Take ownership of training and development Drive recruitment and onboarding strategies Oversee the monthly payroll Be a key player in moving the people strategy forwardWho We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will be a professional, adaptable HR expert who is eager to tackle challenges head-on. You’ll need to be a team player with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships across the organisation.
