Mason and Dale are delighted to partner with an independent utility consultancy. They procure and manage the energy, water, waste and telecoms requirements for some of the biggest UK brands tendering in excess of £900m worth of utilities each year.We are recruiting for an Assistant Utilities Coordinator (customer services rep).The role is flexible hybrid or fully remote.Salary: £26K - £30k (DOE) + Commission and bonusIn this role you will be supporting the Head of Property Management within the property division. Where they manage a portfolio of 2,500 multisite.The role is 50% Admin / queries, managing property portfolio, invoice management, discussing other products20% - contract management20% cross and upselling other products A large emphasis on speaking to clients To be successful in this role you will have Admin or Customer service experience, you will be an excellent communicator happy to go the extra mile and have excellent attention to detail.Duties· Provide an efficient administration and office support service:· Ensuring client contract documentation is processed accurately.· Update the internal CRM system maintaining accurate client data.· Liaise with clients and suppliers daily via telephone and email.· Under the guidance of the Head of Property Management:o Monitor receipt and collation of bills from prospective and existing clients. - Liaise with gas, electricity and water companies on behalf of the client, which would include change of tenancies, arranging on site visits and maintaining clients’ utility contracts.o Analyse client invoices for gas, electricity and water against agreed contracts. - Help to identify clients who are in a position to renew their contract and enact this process.o Assist with the preparation of documentation for tender processes by gathering essential utility data.o Additional ad hoc tasks as and when required.o Determine client’s contract start dates, end dates and energy consumptions.Help and advise clients around meeting any sustainability goals and ambitions they may haveSkillsCustomer service / Admin backgroundUnderstanding electrical invoice6 -12months experience working in Utilities industryAttention to detailExcelWordStrong verbal / written communicatorWhat my clients offer•Training, on-going support and a clear progression and career development plan.• Complimentary gym membership, use of table tennis and table football facility.• 22 days holiday.• A fun but professional working environment.• Regular free social events, recent examples include Crystal Maze, Oktoberfest, Crazy GolfIf this role is of interest, I'd be keen to hear from you!So please apply!
