About the role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will have the incredible opportunity to shape the lives of young learners. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons that align with the National Curriculum, fostering a positive learning atmosphere where children feel safe, respected, and excited to learn. • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to high standards of education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students.
• Implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of all pupils.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote growth and development.
• Contribute to the school’s initiatives and extracurricular activities, helping to enrich the students’ educational experience.
