We are currently recruiting for a Mill Operative to join our established Springfield Road branch. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is integral to ensuring our customer requirements and production deadlines for washrooms and doors are met and to the highest quality standards. We seek a positive and highly motivated individual, to work as an integral member of our production team. Branch opening hours are Mon - Thurs 07.30 - 17.00 Fri 07.30 - 16.00 Sat 08.00 - 12.00 and we are flexible to consider a variety of working hours/patterns to suit your needs! Closing date: Tuesday 15th October Duties to include, but not limited to: Operating a variety of woodworking machinery such as; wall saw, edge bander, glue press, CNC Modification and finishing of doors and door frames e.g. lipping, adjusting, trimming, adding ironmongery and glazing, and hanging completed doors in frames Adherence to EHS standards by ensuring; work area is kept tidy, work area is cleaned daily, machinery is rigorously maintained Suitable applicants will ideally be/have: You should have some customer service experience. If you know what great services looks like, sounds like and feels like. That's really important to us.
