Description As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for businesses handling a variety of queries regarding the software solutions the company offers. The role will deal with complex queries alongside a high volume of general queries the position will be extremely varied and will be ensuring each call is dealt with professionally and to a high standard. You will be mainly dealing with customers over the phone and when required other platforms including email and chat services.
