Coded Welder We are hiring a Coded Welder for an exciting opportunity in outskirts of Craigavon. This role is perfect for an experienced welder with industry certifications who is ready to take on new challenges. You will be working with various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, MMA, and FCAW, ensuring all welds meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Coded Welder, you will contribute to important projects within a thriving engineering and manufacturing environment, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to exact specifications. Key Responsibilities for Coded Welder: Coded welding in line with project specifications and relevant welding codes. Use welding techniques including TIG, MIG, MMA, or FCAW on different materials. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Inspect welds for quality control, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to industry regulations. Maintain and perform routine checks on welding equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Work closely with a team to deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality welds. Ensure all work complies with industry standards, including BS EN ISO 9606 and ASME IX. Qualifications and Skills: Experience as a Coded Welder, with relevant certifications. Proficiency in various welding processes, including TIG, MIG, MMA, or FCAW. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing or engineering setting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable Experience: Welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and other exotic materials. Experience in pipe welding or structural welding. Additional qualifications in fabrication or fitting.
