Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA are seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team at Holiday Inn Darlington North A1M, Jct. 59 on a full time basis. Please note we will only be accepting applicant's who are age 18 or above and are flexible to work on weekends when required. Who are we? You will ensure quality and consistency is perfect every single morning. Interacting with a hearty good morning and a smile, you are the first friendly face of the day! Working closely alongisde the breakfast team, you will contribute to achieving fantastic breakfast brand scores and help encourage our guests to leave great feedback and leave with a smile. Additionally, you will help to order stock, making sure we have enough to feed the hotel residents based on the forecasted occupancy. Alongside these duties, you will take pride in your kitchen and make sure it is kept clean, tidy and ready for inspection from the local authority. What do we need from you? To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will have ideally worked in a bulk catering environment, ensuring quality and presentation cooking for up to 150 people with a fresh hot and cold buffet.
