Early Years SEN Assistant

Title: Special Needs Early Years Assistant Location: Tong, West Yorkshire Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Early Years Assistant to join our inclusive team in Tong (Bradford), West Yorkshire. If you have a passion for supporting children with special needs, particularly in a one-to-one capacity, and you are committed to creating an environment where every child can thrive, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support to children with special needs in an Early Years setting. Collaborate with the teaching team to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Assist in planning and implementing tailored activities to meet the individual needs of each child. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain a safe and nurturing atmosphere that encourages the social, emotional, and educational development of each child.Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience working with children with special needs is desirable. A compassionate and patient approach to working with young children. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals.
