Senior Surveyor

The Role:
As a Senior Surveyor, you will:

• Act as the main point of contact for the surveying side of the business.
• Oversee and manage two surveyors.
• Diagnose and devise a schedule of projects across the housing stock.
• Oversee the roll-out of planned replacement programmes.

The Candidate:
The ideal Senior Surveyor will have:

• Experience working on social housing.
• Previous experience as a surveyor or senior surveyor.
• The ability to set and manage budgets effectively.
