Job Requirements / Description
We are looking to fill a role for a Contract Manager position preferably from an FM background, this is a fast paced exciting role, covering various contracts/clients in the West Midlands & surrounding areas ensuring all works contribute to our goals objectives. You would be managing a team of Multi-skilled engineers, monitoring that all works comply with our organisation procedures & industry standards, able to assign and delegate tasks and act as a first point of contact between the company its employees, vendors & contractors. Duties and responsibilities * Have a good working Knowledge of local contract laws & corporate policies, strong research skills, and a good understanding of legal agreements. * Ensuring buildings are compliant and managing PPM’s * A good understanding & knowledge of SFG20 is a must * Surveying, quoting & arranging small works – building/repairs * Excellent written & Verbal communication skills * A good knowledge of the company’s core industry, policies, procedures and objectives * Leadership and management skills * Attention to detail * IOSH Managing Safely and/or NEBOSH desirable, (training can be provided Package: * Company vehicle * Fuel card * Mobile phone * Laptop * 25 days holiday per annum + Bank holidays * Salary to be discussed at interview depending on experience.
