Multi Skilled Engineer

Multi Skilled Engineer (Heating/AC Bias) Location: London (Mobile with a van) We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with a Heating/AC Bias to join an M&E building services provider for a new opportunity within their mobile division. The Role The Multi Skilled Engineer will be required to deliver both planned and reactive FM maintenance services to plant on client sites. Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks. Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances. Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations. Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely. Requirements NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or Equivalent in HVAC / AC F-Gas Cat 1 A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHU's, Chillers, Cold rooms and Specialist Refrigeration Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective A good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance Full UK Driving Licence TPBN1_UKTJ
