This company is based in Leeds and operates across the UK. Description Coordinate transport and delivery of goods in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer enquiries or complaints. Work closely with the Logistics department to streamline operations. Monitor and report on transport and delivery performance. Ensure all transport and delivery activities comply with legal and company regulations. Assist with the training and development of new team members. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.Profile A successful Transport and Customer Service Coordinator should have: A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Proficiency in using computer software for logistics and customer service management.
