We are a historic pub and restaurant with a rich heritage and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and creative Head Chef to join our team and help us elevate our standards and return to our former glory. Ideal Candidate:
This role is perfect for an up-and-coming Sous/Junior Sous Chef eager to make a name for themselves, or an experienced Head Chef looking to transition from high-volume environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and food delivery, a knack for working with fresh ingredients, and a creative edge. Responsibilities: Maintain high standards of health and safety. Ensure the quality of fresh food and develop creative menu ideas. Have a good understanding of GP calculation (support available from the owner). Drive the kitchen team to achieve and exceed targets. Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK. Strong references. Passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
