Hiring multiple Sr Analysts and Associates

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Support senior bankers in executing M&A, debt, and equity capital market transactions, as well as strategic advisory services in the infrastructure and energy sector
• s.Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation, transaction structuring, and financing solution
• s.Coordinate due diligence, manage deal processes, and engage with multiple stakeholders, including legal advisors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth executio
• n.Prepare and present marketing materials, pitch books, and transaction proposals, while maintaining ongoing client relationships and offering strategic insight
• s.For Associates: Mentor and manage junior bankers (analysts), ensuring accuracy in financial analysis and assisting with their professional developme
