Position: Client Services Manager (Print)Location: LondonSalary: £40,000 - £45,000An established print production company, known for bringing together digital technologies to deliver high-quality print solutions to a diverse range of clients, are looking to add to their team with an experienced Client Services Manager.They are seeking someone from a print background, with an enthusiastic nature and a natural aptitude for client services, who can manage a team and ensure that all customer needs are met.Responsibilities Include:Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their specific needs and goals.Project Coordination: Manage the entire lifecycle of print projects, from initial client consultation through to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and any issues are promptly resolved.Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure all work meets the required specifications and quality standards.Quoting and Budgeting: Prepare accurate quotes, manage budgets, and oversee cost-effectiveness of projects while maintaining quality.Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.Problem Solving: Proactively address any client concerns or production issues, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client trust.Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on client accounts, project statuses, and any potential risks or opportunities.Management: Manage and develop a growing team and set a clear example.Experience Needed:Strong experience in a client services role within the print production industryBrief ManagementPrint ProductionTeam ManagementExperience with estimating is highly desirableA knowledge of a range of print types - including digital, wide-format and litho.Benefits Include:Career progression - this role could become a client services director position or group client services director.On-site parkingLife insuranceCompany pensionIf this role sounds like it would suit you, please APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION.
