The Peninsula London is seeking to hire an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage who is passionate about F&B service, able to elevate and deliver exceptional guest experience whilst providing operational direction to the F&B outlets.

Key accountabilities
Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the day to day running of the division and will act as deputy in his absence.
Ensure profitability, deliver operational efficiency and assist in menu creativity by analysing outlet data, customer feedback etc to achieve performance indicators.
Encourage proactive and effective inter-departmental communication to foster a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm.
Maintain the highest level of Health and Safety and Hygiene.
Ensures customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance with standards.
Hires, develops, motivates, supervises, and coaches F&B department employees.
General requirements
Minimum 4 years in a similar role within luxury hotels
Is a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.
Strong people leader having prior experience managing diverse teams.
Fluent English language skills and presentation ability.
Creative, innovative with extensive food and beverage knowledge
Good working knowledge of financial tools and processes (e.g. budgeting)
