Here’s how:Deliver Transformation: You will lead the Corporate Programme Management function, ensuring effective support, oversight and delivery of the Council’s ambitious transformation agendaShape Policy: You will lead the way in crafting strategies that are evidence-based, aligned with best practices, and embedded into our Strategic Council Plan and other key business plans. Your insights will help steer Nottingham towards sustainable success.Boost Performance: You'll lead the charge in delivering on our promises, overseeing the Performance Management Framework and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. With your leadership, we'll track, benchmark, and enhance our performance, driving better outcomes for Nottingham’s citizens. Amplify Communications: You’ll play a critical role in engaging effectively with the people of Nottingham, ensuring that citizens’ voices shape our decisions.
