As the main point of contact for HR queries, the HR Advisor will provide invaluable support to managers and staff across multiple locations in the East of England. This hybrid role offers flexibility, requiring occasional travel to various sites as needed, with a competitive salary of £30,000 £32,000 FTE for 32 hours per week. Why consider this opportunity? Coordinating training programmes, identifying learning needs, and driving development initiatives. Supporting the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. What we need from you: Previous experience working as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor. Ideally, hold a CIPD accreditation. A strong understanding of UK employment law and its practical application. A professional, generalist HR background. A resilient and proactive client service approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build credibility quickly.
