Location: -

This is a hybrid role, with a mix between working approximately 2 days a week (or more if you prefer) in our beautiful central London office (Goodge Street) and working from home.

Your place at the Lily’s Kitchen Table: -

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the Global Brand Team, supporting the team to deliver our brand and marketing objectives.


In your role, you will support our Senior Brand Manager to deliver the portfolio segment targets and growth ambitions. You’ll contribute to the development of the portfolio segment through executing best in class product launches and campaigns. You’ll work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within key timings and milestones. You’ll be involved in the development and approval of new products, artworks and campaigns and support in the delivery of global toolkits.


Working with the SBM, you will assist in developing the strategy and the delivery of the growth plans for the segment. This role will support with insights, competitor tracking, trend watching as well as monthly reporting. Collaborating with the SBM, you’ll co-develop sell in moments in addition to assisting in developing and presenting annual brand plans for the segment.


A confident self-starter, you will be able to work cross functionally and build strong relationships across the business. You will work closely with the other brand managers and share leanings.


You will represent and champion our brand in everything you do, creating consistent content that informs, inspires, and delights our customers.




How will I make a difference?

You will: -


  • Support the SBM in the strategy development and growth delivery of the portfolio segment.
  • Assist in tracking the segment performance through analysing key data and consumer trends & insights to support the segment strategy.
  • Oversee NPD projects through the gate process with the guidance from the SBM and PMM. From design management, sell-in presentations, launch assets and toolkits, you’ll be responsible for bringing products to market within agreed milestones.
  • Support in delivering and presenting the annual brand plans for the segment.
  • Collaborate with communications marketing team and relevant channel owners e.g. Digital, PR & Social to develop integrated campaigns that connect with target consumers to deliver both marketing and business objectives.
  • Support the PMM in delivering monthly portfolio reports.
  • Play an active role in the team to drive synergies across International and Communication Marketing teams.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the segment.
  • Build strong relationships with NPD, MDO, Sales and the wider marketing team.
  • Champion the Marketing Team within the business, celebrating the team’s successes and ensuring the wider business are aware of key activities and results.
  • Champion our BCorp ethos and support with our Impact Report and other BCorp related activities and campaigns
  • Be an ambassador for our social and environmental credentials – seeking opportunities to drive our ‘proper goodness’ content both internally and to consumers about our hard work in this area
  • Ensure any content is aligned with our Ethical Marketing policy



How will I be successful?

  • 1yrs + experience within premium FMCG Marketing/Brand Management with likeminded brands.
  • Ability to work on a wide variety of projects, demonstrating good time management and organisational skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and varying deadlines.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to influence.
  • A confident presenter with good PowerPoint skills, you’ll be able to present to array of different audiences from customers to internal stakeholders.
  • An inquisitive mindset – you’ll be eager to build a comprehensive understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
  • Good commercial understanding, you’ll understand the impact of your contributions to deliver business growth.
  • A strong team player who is collaborative in their approach and supports team objectives.
  • Excellent relationship building skills - the ability to build relationships quickly is key within Lily’s Kitchen.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to roll your sleeves up, challenge and be challenged.
