The primary focus of this role will be on the recruitment of partners and senior associates for leading law firms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal industry, exceptional networking skills, and a proven track record of successful placements within this niche.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Identify, attract, and engage with high-caliber partners and senior associates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure a perfect match with client needs. Provide career advice and market insights to candidates.Stay updated on the latest trends and developments within the legal industry. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.Facilitate the interview and hiring process between clients and candidates. Negotiate salary packages and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements. Provide post-placement support to both clients and candidates.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the legal sector. Develop and implement strategies to expand Wilkinson Partners' client base.
