Childcare solicitor

3 month initial contract

Pay rate negotiable (experience dependent)

I am working closely with my LPA client based in the Greater Manchester region and assisting in their recruitment for a temporary childcare solicitor whilst they recruit for a permanent replacement.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years PQE experience of working within a local authority in a social care department

• Experience in an advocacy role

• Willingness to attend court on behalf of the council

The role comes with a hybrid schedule, there will be occasions where an office presence is required for in person meetings. This could be up to twice a week.

Negotiations on pay rate will be in line with market standards and level of candidate's experience.
