Overview:
I am looking for a Senior Site Manager to join a huge Tier 1 organisation. As the Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in the successful delivery of projects ranging from 5m - 30m.
Location: Essex
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary & Package: Leading For the Region
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day site operations
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time and within budget
- Ensure site records are maintained and kept up to date
- Manage site staff
- Working on projects valued from 5m to 30m
What are they looking for?
- Previous experience as the number 1 lead on site
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience as the Senior Site manager with a regional / national contractor
- Hold the relevant certifications: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Experience working on Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Defence schemes
