Personal Assistant (PA) We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team. The position is full-time, 5 days a week in our new offices in Fitzrovia. About The ideal candidate will be supporting the Investment Director and partners in all admin tasks include managing the business environment, supporting with day-to-day operations, admin, accounting, HR, meetings, travel etc., as well as obtaining and sharing information with relevant parties such as property agents, property managers, the internal and external teams, and clients. Duties and Responsibilities • Support management team in all admin requirements to ensure a smooth operation • Arrange meetings, writing meeting summaries and logging action items • Admin of archive and existing company documents • Supporting accountants and the team with receipts, invoices, and all other requested documents. • Make overseas travel arrangements incl. flights, accommodation, and transportations • New hire onboarding and other HR Duties – Policies and procedures, employee welfare, company events, etc. • Managing incoming and outgoing communications Ideal Candidate • Must have exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail • Ideally a background in property / real estate • Experience in PA and/or admin roles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude, energetic, friendly, and welcoming • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products • High level of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) is mandatory Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Start Date: Oct 2024 Location: Fitzrovia, London Please apply online by uploading your CV.
