Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: Central London, UK (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week) Our client is a Global market leading Construction Consultancy who work across multiple different sectors such as: Commercial Real Estate, Residential, Healthcare / Education, Defence, Data Centres, Science/ Research, Pharmaceutical and Central / Local Government. As a Senior Project Manager you will have the opportunity to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes, work with leading property developer clients who invests in superb Commercial projects in the capital and be involved in some of the capitals high-profile mixed-use projects. Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking. Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project. Producing project plans and managing teams where applicable. Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators. Tracking and documenting changes. Preparing formal project progress and other reports. Qualifications: In order to be consider for this role you must have at least 5 years experience working as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the Commercial Fit Out/ Occupier or Commercial Developer / New Build sector however our clients is also looking for candidates with experience in other sectors such as: Healthcare, Science / Research, Pharmaceutical and Data Centres. Within a Construction/ Property Consultancy you will be successfully delivering the whole project or a large element of it and will likely have some direct team management responsibilities (perhaps managing Assistant / Graduate Project Managers). Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, surveying, or architecture and it would be desirable if you're chartered (or currently in the process of gaining your MRICS, MCIOB or CHPP qualification).
