Experienced No1 Construction Manager required to work on Cat A / B office fit-out that has a steel frame extension being built onto the building and courtyard works taking place above a basement in North London. Need somebody with a Temporary Works Co-Ordinator ticket who understands building. Who can lead the sub-contractors and drive the project. Immediate start with 11 months work - Must have SMSTS, First Aid, Temp Works Co-Ordinator, Asbestos Awareness.
