They are now looking for confident and resilient individuals to support their pupils as a Learning Support Assistant!Learning Support Assistant | What do you need?Must have at least 6 months Special Needs School experience. A desire to learn and a passion for working with children with additional needs.Ideally have a Psychology-related degree from a Top 20 UK University.A caring, compassionate, and child-centred approach.Learning Support Assistant | The role:Provide 1:1 support to learners with additional learning needs.Help pupils adjust to their new settings and recognise signs of distress to develop students' self-esteem.Establish and promote supportive relationships with students through acting as a role model and being aware of individual needs.Earn up to £24,000 (pro-rata) paid via PAYE on a weekly basis.Working hours of between 8:30-16:00, Monday-Friday.This will be a great opportunity as a Learning Support Assistant to work within a holistic and rewarding environment that is complex and growing to build your own significant personal development opportunities!Do you have the right experience?
