The Client:


Harmonic Operations is excited to partner exclusively with an independent, rapidly scaling digital PR agency based in London. The agency is currently in a period of significant growth and continued success, winning new business with high-profile tech clients. Therefore, calling for a new Account Manager to join their super dynamic and culture driven team!

Role:


In this role, you will play a key part in supporting on the agency’s flagship tech accounts, which contributes to a significant portion of the agency’s revenue, with the potential to take the lead on smaller accounts within your first few months.


The agency is seeking candidates who are strategic thinkers, with a strong background in either B2B Marketing and Advertising or B2B Public Relations, but the experience of PR prior is a must. The right candidate will also be curious and ambitious, eager to contribute to the agency’s continued growth and success.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Account Directors on major tech accounts, delivering a range of complex and challenging projects with global client teams.
  • Demonstrate strong digital expertise, working closely with clients to understand their business challenges across both product and brand marketing.
  • Ability to elevate tech stories from trade press to tier-one media & broadcast, while confidently managing client accounts and executing campaigns.
  • Drive account growth and profitability for the accounts you manage, while also contributing to new business development and overall agency growth.
  • Leverage your strategic thinking skills to align client goals with innovative marketing solutions.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the marketing landscape, including digital media practices across various channels, from email campaigns to paid media and social media case studies.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues on accounts.
  • Develop clear and accurate budgets and timelines for all campaign elements.
  • Deliver on pre-agreed KPIs effectively.



What We Need to See (Essential):


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PR agency environment and working on tech accounts
  • Proven experience in advertising or digital marketing within an agency context.
  • A strong background in either B2B marketing and advertising or Public Relations.
  • A digital expert capable of working across multiple channels to produce a variety of content.
  • Strategic thinking abilities, with the confidence to guide clients, including advising against their initial ideas, when necessary, in a professional manner.
  • Curiosity and ambition, with a desire to contribute to the agency’s ongoing growth and success.
  • Ability to develop and execute impactful campaigns from client briefs.
  • A creative mindset, acting as an ally to senior creative leads.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of resilience, with the ability to remain calm, engaged, and in control under pressure.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of your clients’ businesses, with active participation in long-term business planning.

Location: London


Salary: £42,000-48,000 per annum
