General Manager B13 My client is a newly opened fine dining Japanese restaurant based in Moseley and are looking for a passionate and determined General Manager to join their organization and lead their team into success and ensure a smooth service each day. The duties and responsibilities of the General Manager are: Take full accountability of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence across all fields. Work alongside the owner to implement this brand-new concept to the venue, promoting the brand. Collaborate with the Head chef, ensuring a good knowledge of menus and taste. Recruit, onboard and train all members of the front of house team. The ideal General Manager will: Have experience in a fine dining setting as a General Manager Have WSET certification Be passionate, strong-willed and determined. Be confident in ability to implement new concepts.
