Job Description

  • Developing and implementing Account Plans for designated accounts to maximize profitability.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term account growth and client satisfaction.
  • Leading commercial negotiations to secure customer nominations, adhering to agreed commercial parameters.
  • Presenting business proposals to the steering committee, ensuring high standards and alignment with customer deadlines.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the Sales and Business Development Directors to execute strategies.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within automotive or fast paced manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in contract negotiations and business development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
