Sound good to you? The Role: This is a unique role for someone to come on board and really make a difference to our clients business. You will sit within the SDR team but bring with you extensive marketing experience to truly drive the SDR's to success. This is a challenging role and will allow require an SDR leader with experience in both management of Sales (SDR function aka Inside Sales) and leading transformational projects Marketing projects: Leverage Account Based Marketing (ABM) technology for outbound efforts Governance of SDR tech stack/tools such as Outreach, Zoominfo, Linked In Sales Navigator, etc Revamp outbound communications across email, talk tracks, Linked In messenger, etc Lead routing strategy and methodology Follow-up and action on strategic marketing campaigns and events/tradeshows Target-setting and team structure You’re an excellent fit for this role if you have: 5+ years expereince leading a SDR team 5+ years experience in ABM 5+ years expereince in a marketing leadership function 10+years in a B2B environment Deep understanding of the sales and marketing functions and how they both join hands for successful outcomes Proven track record in leading the process among peers to improve team best practices in order to continue to scale and improve the operations function within the organization Ability to work on multiple, high profile work streams at once; Managing prioritization, execution and stakeholder/leader management in order to complete work and deliver results on time Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an ability to maintain forward progress while resolving challenges Has experience managing projects in many different stages and levels of ambiguity Ability to thrive in ambiguity, complexity, and fast-paced environments working with many cross-functional stakeholders and can adjust to changing priorities with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies Strong analytical skills Ability to think strategically and make recommendations, not just execute Values continually learning and growing expertise Our people are our strength so finding ways to value and reward them is important to us.
