Property Manager (Residential / Commercial) £35,000-£38,000 + Company Bonus + Company Car / Car Allowance + Progression + Hybrid Working + Ongoing training + Company Benefits Plymouth Are you a Property Manager from a Block Management background looking for a varied role working on dynamic Commercial projects within a leading consultant offering continual specialist training and ongoing progression to senior roles and beyond? This well-established company are a leading property consultancy who work with clients across the UK, primarily in the South West with clients across a broad range of sectors. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team. In this dynamic role you will be working on a range of commercial projects around the South West as you manage a range of buildings including overseeing service charges, budgets, general block management and associated duties as you work hybrid with some client visitation. Training on commercial projects can be provided. This varied role would suit a Property Manager with a background in Block Management looking to join a leading company who offer a bonus to increase your earnings and ongoing progression opportunities.
