You could be working from one of their vibrant offices in Chorley, Lancaster, London, or Shrewsbury.What’s the Role?In this pivotal role, you'll be mentoring and guiding graduate engineers and engineering technicians. Your focus will be on supporting the current workload and helping develop the skills of your team to meet client demands and achieve business goals. Though you’ll be based in one of my client’s four offices, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across all locations. Expect to manage multiple projects and clients while supporting the Directors in achieving excellence across the group.Who They Are Looking For?They are seeking a chartered engineer with CIWEM, ICE, and/or CIHT, who is passionate about applying best practices and enhancing design services.
