Our client, a in house manufacturer of sustainable homes, are currently looking for a Sales Executive on a fixed term contract. The full-time hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, however there is the opportunity for part-time hours with a variety of options which could be considered. Part-time hours could include shorter working days or fewer days each week. This role is a temporary position to cover maternity leave. Your Responsibilities * Actively qualify opportunities via phone & email in order to provide qualified leads and schedule appointments for our Key Account Managers (KAMs). * Build effective external relationships and nurture leads until they are qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline through an online database; web enquires and marketing campaigns. * Ensure all qualified leads are effectively managed through proactively identifying issues to be addressed by the KAMs. * Demonstrate strong internal relationships with KAMs and other departments within the Division to achieve (3) above. * Produce weekly and monthly performance reports detailing status of prospects and enquiries for senior leaders within the division. * Ensure accuracy and visibility of the status of qualified sales pipeline and report any risk/variance to your line manager. * Build effective relationships with the wider Business Development team to ensure all opportunities within the sales pipeline are monitored and all outstanding actions are dealt with. * Ensure all enquiries are booked into our bespoke CRM system accurately and in a timely manor. * Manage and promote our monthly webinars through the Teams webinar platform. My Skills * Strong investigative and research-based skills to begin the process of lead generation * Proven success in communicating product information to decision makers * Tenacious and results-oriented with proven track record of achieving pipeline development and appointment setting targets * Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, confident speaking with high level decision makers and influencers (both externally and within the business) * Strong verbal communication skills, clear, concise, compelling and engaging phone etiquette * Strong business acumen, able to accurately qualify leads based on understanding of our internal criteria and external decision making * Excellent organisational skills, multi-tasking within a fast-moving sales environment * Demonstrate full understanding of the sales process and B2B buying cycle (essential) * Demonstrate advanced IT literacy within Microsoft Office and CRM database (essential) * Knowledge and understanding of the construction sector (desirable) * Knowledge of both private and affordable housing sectors (desirable) Salary and Benefits · Bonus scheme (subject to bonus scheme rules) · Generous holiday entitlement including our nine-day fortnight initiative · Life assurance · Pension scheme · Sick pay · Permanent health insurance (PHI) · Flexible benefits package, including – cycle scheme, dental insurance and taste/gourmet card
