We're looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Feversham Primary Academy, in Bradford, on a fixed term basis. You're someone who'll be able to: Improve the learning and attainment of students while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Support students so that they can; access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement. Be flexible to work across all phases of the school including early years.You're someone who has: Motivation and enthusiasm Understanding of pupil's learning needs, including specific SEND needs, in order to support their access to lesson content. The skills to help students to develop independent learning skills.
