Technical Solutions Assessor, Norfolk Remote with occasional visits to the office as required We are working with a leading provider of security and maintenance solutions who are looking to introduce a brand new role to their team. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Solutions Assessor who will conduct remote assessments and recommend tailored security, compliance, and maintenance solutions based on property risks and conditions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct remote and desktop security assessments for vacant properties, construction sites, and utility projects. Recommend security solutions to prevent unauthorised access and protect assets from criminal activity. Manage site setups, including coordinating security installations and overseeing teams of security technicians. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Account Management teams to implement solutions and ensure project success. Complete assessments within agreed timescales using various software tools such as Fastfield, OnePlan, and CCTV design tools. Liaise with clients to manage and develop business relationships while ensuring all assessments meet insurance compliance requirements. Monitor workloads, prioritise tasks, and identify potential service issues. Assist in training operations engineers/technicians and conduct scheduled site security audits. Requirements: Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proven experience in the vacant property industry or corporate property sector. Technical knowledge of CCTV products and the ability to use CAD-based software to create security plans and drawings. Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and experience working with CCTV design tools like JVSG or System Surveyor. Knowledge of void property compliance, including insurance requirements. Ability to liaise with trades and sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of projects. Experience in the utilities sector and small building works is desirable.
