SEN Teacher

SEN Teacher Location: Orpington Position: SEN Teacher Salary: £200 to £270 per day (PAYE) Hours: Monday to Friday Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young children? I am working with an lovely school who are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join the supportive team in an SEN provision. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to children in Early Years and Key Stage 1, specifically supporting those with Autism and challenging behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour effectively. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child's development. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and reports as required. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with Autism and challenging behaviour. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
